Information you provide
When you submit a project enquiry, the form may collect your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, preferred language, property details, project requirements, timing, estimated investment, attribution data and any files you choose to attach.
Why it is used
The information is used to understand your enquiry, respond to your request, assess the appropriate service scope and arrange a consultation or proposal where appropriate. Campaign attribution such as UTM values and Google Click ID may be retained to understand which marketing activity generated the enquiry.
Sharing and retention
Project enquiries are stored in the HOOST project database and the internal enquiry workflow. Transactional email delivery is provided through Resend. HOOST should define the applicable retention period, access controls and safeguards for each service before launch.

Publication approval
